Can you wash breast milk stools hygienically?Updated 2 months ago

Indeed, breast milk stool is absolutely water-soluble and is thus completely washed out of the diaper and completely removed from the washing machine during pumping. For this reason, it is important to always use a pre-wash, so that coarse impurities are rinsed out there and the diapers can be washed in clean water.

Sometimes there are still stains, but they are only cosmetic discolorations which fade away in a few minutes under the sun (or moonlight).
When your baby then begins to eat complementary foods and the stool becomes firmer, you can use a layer of our Poo Papers to protect the diaper (or for ease of use). Judes Poo Paper is like a thin paper that catches the stool. When changing, you then throw the Poo Paper with its contents in the trash and the inner diaper, which was spared from the worst, goes into the laundry.
