Here is a step-by-step guide on how to update your payment information after a failed transaction:


  1. Click on the "Update Payment Information" button in the email you received from us. This takes you directly to your account with us.




  2. If you don't have an account yet, simply create one quickly. You will be guided through the process step by step.

  3. Once you are logged in, click on "Show More Details"



  4. Now you will see your subscription. Click on "Payment Details" at the bottom right and then on "Edit".


  5. A window will appear asking if you want to receive an email to change the payment method. Click on "Send".


  6. Once you have received the email, click the link and you will land on the page where you can change the payment method. 


  7. Simply change your details here. Done!


After changing the payment details, you do not need to do anything further; we will try to collect the money again within the next few days and inform you if it does not work.
