I live in Switzerland, what options do I have for placing an order?Updated 2 months ago

When ordering from Switzerland, we work with our partner meinEinkauf. As always, our goal was to make it as easy as possible for you.

That means: 

1. When you order through our shop, your Swiss address is automatically recognized. 

2. The system forwards the order to meinEinkauf.

3. Your order is sent to the meinEinkauf headquarters in Germany. 

4. MeinEinkauf customs-clears your order along with many other orders, thereby making it a Swiss "parcel". 

5. You will not incur any additional costs or customs duties.

Since orders from Swiss customers are processed through meinEinkauf, meinEinkauf enters into a purchase contract with us on behalf of the customers. Thus, Swiss customers unfortunately do not have the right to a refund of the German VAT. The advantage is that it's made very easy for you.
