Size 1 fits from birth up to a weight of about 8kg.

Size 2 from about 7kg up to about 16kg.

However, this information is only a guideline, it depends mainly on the leg and hip circumference. Many parents underestimate that the growth of the hip circumference decreases significantly from the age of 2 and that size 2 therefore fits most children until they are dry. In the vast majority of cases, size 2 fits until the age of 3. Children who are diapered with Judes are almost always diaper-free by the age of 3.
